Projects

Here are some of the projects (academic and personal) that I have worked on.
data radar
Database based data analysis application using flask, SQL, and python
Application which uses a personally created database to provide detailed statistical analysis of teams and players and provide transfer recommendations using queries.


Pokeball
Generation 1 Pokedex using keras, TensorFlow, beautifulsoup and python.
Created and trained a convolutional neural network to identify Pokémon based on a dataset from Kaggle and a web scraper to retrieve information about the identified Pokémon.


Football Stadium

Predicting the premier league with a machine learning model Data analysis, manipulation and prediction using Python, Scikit-learn and NumPy to predict the final premier league table based on datasets from Kaggle and sport sites.



Codes on a computer screen
Biological web application group project using flask, SQL and python.
Produced statistical summary of user submitted data using Python, Matplotlib and NumPy. Part of a web application which provided information retrieved from database of human kinase, phosphosites and their inhibitors using SQL.
