Here are some of the projects (academic and personal) that I have worked on.
Database based data analysis application using flask, SQL, and python
Application which uses a personally created database to provide detailed statistical analysis of teams and players and provide transfer recommendations using queries.
Generation 1 Pokedex using keras, TensorFlow, beautifulsoup and python.
Created and trained a convolutional neural network to identify Pokémon based on a dataset from Kaggle and a web scraper to retrieve information about the identified Pokémon.
Predicting the premier league with a machine learning model Data analysis, manipulation and prediction using Python, Scikit-learn and NumPy to predict the final premier league table based on datasets from Kaggle and sport sites.
Biological web application group project using flask, SQL and python. Produced statistical summary of user submitted data using Python, Matplotlib and NumPy. Part of a web application which provided information retrieved from database of human kinase, phosphosites and their inhibitors using SQL.
